This is a really fine tool for all who experience constant problems with not enough free physical memory also they have more than 64MB ram. The cause of this problem is that by default Windows is using the complete ram as disk cache. This means, if you install a bigger program or while surfing the ram will be filled more and more with no more used cache data. The MemoryElevator frees memory when you need it. If you want, it can do its job silent in background while it runs within the idle process of Windows. Therefor it doesn't steal your processor time because it only get unused cpu time(for example when the computer is waiting of the user like in 95% of all cases).
